                 Dark forests  

                 wailing Wolves

                 haunt for prey  

                 faceless shrouds

                 glide three by three  

                 cold glows 

                 in giant cauldrons  

                 a child is lost

                 in frozen caverns

                  watched by

                 a thousand crows

                 Innumerable

              story years  

              sorcerers disappear

              in churning waters  

              mild winds heave

               ripples on wide rivers  

               a crane looms over

               new born haven  

               the vagrant

                returns home
